Introducing Adam Willford

We're pleased to welcome the latest member to the Impelling team - Adam Willford. Adam comes to us recommended by our peers in the industry, and we're delighted to have such a knowledgable and skilled individual working with us to help further improve the IT service we deliver to our customers.

Adam started his career working the helpdesks for a number of established IT companies. Over the years he's become a specialist in Microsoft infrastructure, in particular Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. Recently he entered a global capture the flag competition that was designed to pit IT professionals against one another and test their skills across a variety of IT disciplines. Adam finished 7th overall beating over 800 others. We might have mentioned tongue-in-cheek around the office that this means Adam is the 7th best IT systems administrator in the world, but there's no denying it's a remarkable achievement and it's great to have him on the team.

At Impelling, Adam's job title will be Head of IT systems and his role will see him undertake a variety of tasks. His main goal though will be to help us improve efficiency through automation, scripting, and better operational processes. He'll also be around to help pitch in on the helpdesk when needed, bringing some of his world class support expertise and knowledge to the table for our customers.
