Our sister company Bliss Internet started trading in August 2015, selling residential broadband to the village of Treeton. The Bliss website started life as a basic ordering system that came as part of a template package with their billing system. By May 2016 this system was showing signs of stress and it was clear they needed a more robust solution to take orders, handle customer accounts and most importantly advertise their internet packages.
The billing platform that powered the old website is still an integral part of Bliss business so it was vital a new website could integrate effectively with this platform. The old website was also performing badly in terms of page load times due to the overhead that comes with templated websites. Given that many potential new customers accessing the website might be suffering from poor internet speeds, a website that loads as fast as possible was imperative.
Since going live, the website has taken hundreds of orders and in that time Bliss has seen a 32% increase in conversions, something we put down to the improved and simplified ordering process, and faster, easier to navigate pages.
As a business, Bliss has continued to grow from strength to strength. With plans of expansion and greater things to come on the horizon, Bliss has gathered a decent amount of exposure, and as a publishing platform for press releases and customer announcements the new website is standing up to the task.
